NYON, Switzerland — CSKA Moscow's punishment for fans racially abusing Manchester City players at a Champions League match is to play Bayern Munich in a partially closed stadium. UEFA said its disciplinary panel found the Russian champion guilty for its fans' “racist behavior” during Man City's 2-1 win in Moscow last week. Man City captain Yaya Toure directed referee Ovidiu Hategan toward fans making monkey noises at the English club's black players. The Romanian ref is also being investigated for not pausing the match to order an announcement warning fans. CSKA's punishment applies when Bayern visits Arena Khimki on Nov. 27. — AP
