With regard to the report "Teens driving without licenses worry motorists" (Oct. 23), it is common sense that teenagers cannot drive a car without proper training and a driver's license. It is the parents who are at fault for allowing their sons to drive. This must be stopped because it poses danger for other motorists. Shahnawaz, Online response II. Teenagers will not get behind the wheel of a car if their parents do not allow them to. Therefore, those parents who permit their children to drive without a license should be held primarily accountable and should be heavily penalized or jailed. It is a very irresponsible act! Parents should be role models for their children. Joey, Online response
