Badea Abu Al-Naja Saudi Gazette MAKKAH — The Makkah Municipality's Administrative Development Department organized a training course on how to deal with pilgrims. The course was held at the municipality's training center in the Ree Dhakher District, Makkah. Dr. Salah Abdullah Al-Orabi, assistant mayor of Makkah for administrative and financial affairs, said the course was held to upgrade the capabilities of workers during the Haj season in line with directives by city Mayor Osama Al-Bar. The aim was to train Makkah Municipality personnel so that they provide excellent services. Abdulrahman Al-Mabady, director of the Administrative Development Department, said the training course targeted heads of services centers in the holy sites, their aides and service supervisors. The course covered many important aspects such as an explanation of the latest methods for providing services to pilgrims and the necessary work ethics for helping them. The course was attended by many personnel who interacted with municipality officials. The lectures were given by a prominent specialist in this field.
