Badea Abu Al-Naja Saudi Gazette MAKKAH — The Zamzam United Office (ZUO) held a training session for its employees on dealing with pilgrims. Sulaiman Abu Ghaliyah, head of the ZUO, inaugurated the training session, which began with a detailed explanation of the operation plan of the organization for the upcoming Haj. The training also covered duties and responsibilities of field service groups, monitors and supervisors, support staff, administrators and distribution members. Work groups were trained on field work and their mechanisms. The training program emphasized dealing with pilgrims using good manners, in addition to knowing the best methods of delivering Zamzam water to pilgrims' accommodations. The training session was attended by 150 employees. Esam Koshak, ZUO's deputy president for financial and administrative affairs, was also present.
