With regard to the article "Emir inspects Haj facilities at KAIA" (Oct. 4), I would like to point out that there are some regions where malpractices with regard to Haj visas are still going on. This is mainly because of the reducing of the Haj quota for this year. It seems one non-Haj agent in Delhi is holding the visas and selling them for a higher price or assisting people in ways to get those visas. Because of this, the processing of the applications of those genuinely seeking a Haj visa are being delayed in the Haj Committee. Tony, Online response
