With reference to the article "Philippines celebrates its first Miss World winner" (Sept. 30), I join the rest of the Filipinos in celebrating the victory of Megan Young in the Miss World beauty pageant in Indonesia on Saturday. She is one of the rare bread of women who are gifted with both brain and beauty.
