MAKKAH — The director of the Zamzam distribution project at the Grand Mosque has revealed that the General Presidency of the Two Holy Mosques issued a directive that the holy water should be handed out every day when it is time to break the fast. Maher Al-Zahrani said the project, Sukia Zamzam, is distributing 330ml Zamzam bottles on the newly erected Tawaf bridge for wheelchair-bound pilgrims. The bottles are a gift from the presidency, and are part of its head Dr. Abdulrahman Al-Sudais' “One Pilgrim One Bottle” initiative. These efforts are part of a governmental drive to provide the best possible service for pilgrims, Al-Zahrani added.
