With reference to the article "Kingdom acts to cut food wastage" (Sept. 8), it is a good and humanitarian move by the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah. In this age of consumerism, food wastage is rampant and has to be contained by all means. Most importantly, the concept of avoiding food wastage must start from every individual.
