Spreading the real message of Islam

The article "Media marginalization of Muslims in India"(Sep. 4) by Tariq Al-Maeena is excellent and informative. It is good news that efforts are being made to train Indian Muslim youth to become media specialists. This will ensure a greater balance in reporting in the Indian media with a minimum of bias. This is really the need of the hour. Instead of complaining it is now time for Indian Muslims to mingle in society and remove the thorns themselves. That is how our elders spread the real message of Islam (i.e., peace and love) and now it is our turn.
