RIYADH — An unknown assailant attacked Al-Julah Tabrak ambulance center around midnight and broke a window after trying to force his way into the center, according to Riyadh Red Crescent spokesman Saeed Al-Ghamdi. Paramedics had been sent to the Riyadh-Taif Highway to respond to an accident when the attack took place. The incident was reported to the police and officers were deployed to the scene to assess the damage. “It is highly likely that the attacker had brought someone with him to the center for first aid assistance and became angry when he did not find any paramedics there,” said Al-Ghamdi.
