ABHA — Monitoring teams from the Asir municipality seized large quantities of fruit and vegetables from stalls violating regulations. The head of the monitoring department, Ali Aljaaj, said the monitoring campaign was conducted in major tourist spots, such as Al-Soudah Park. He said the confiscated goods were donated to charitable organizations. Ibrahim Al-Falqi, the head of monitoring and licensing at the municipality, said these campaigns will continue throughout the summer season. He asked the public to bring any violations to the attention of the municipality by calling 940.
