Mishal Al-Otaibi Saudi Gazette RIYADH — Security patrols busted a liquor distillery operated by two men and two women of Ethiopian origin. A plainclothes patrol team received a tip-off that four Ethiopians have set up a liquor distillery in an abandoned house and are distributing the liquor in a private car. The patrol team monitored the house and verified the information. Reinforcements were called and the area was cordoned off before officers stormed the house. The suspects tried to escape, but were overpowered. The police searched the mud house and found a number of filled barrels in addition to equipment used in manufacturing liquor.
