MAKKAH — Ajyad branch Municipality has closed down a kitchen in the neighborhood for violations. Expatriate workers were running the kitchen in the yard of an uninhibited hotel, in the complete absence of any hygienic conditions. About 250 kilos of foodstuff were confiscated, in addition to a number of cooking equipment and utensils. The Municipality is intensifying their field inspection rounds, due to the summer vacation and the approach of the month of Ramadan.
