With reference to the article “Hit her if you dare!” (June 2) by Laura Bashraheel, women should stand up for their rights and must not accept any sort of violence being imposed on them, mentally and physically. If they do not stop it, they are equally participating in promoting violence. Everything can be resolved through mutual understanding and conversations.
