RIYADH – Saudi Energy 2013, the 16th international trade exhibition for electricity power generation, alternative energy, water technology, lighting & HVAC, concluded Wednesday its four-day run at the Riyadh International Convention and Exhibition Centre.
It provided a comprehensive technology showcase covering all energy sectors from electricity generation and distribution to alternative and renewable energy technologies; modern lighting products and technologies; water and water resources management technologies; and HVAC. Complementing the unprecedented growth of the Kingdom's energy sector, Saudi Energy has again proved to be the destination of choice for all stakeholders in the energy sector including government officials, investors and buyers.
Khaled Daou, Project Manager of Saudi Energy at Riyadh Exhibitions Company, said: “Saudi Energy continues to attract the most influential energy-related companies, decision-makers and market leaders from all over the world, creating an ideal networking platform to identify new projects, generate business leads and learn about the latest advances in energy technology. We therefore invite all specialists in the energy field to take part and benefit from the wide array of learning, business and networking opportunities that Saudi Energy has to offer. The show has consistently attracted a growing number of visitors over the years and we are confident of setting a new record because of the growing dynamism and aggressive expansion across KSA's vast energy sector.”
Saudi Energy is certified by the UFI – The Global Association of the Exhibition Industry – in recognition of its world-class activities prepared and managed under international standards.
Held under the patronage of the Minister of Water & Electricity Eng. Abdullah Bin Abdulrahman Al Hussayen, and inaugurated by the Deputy Minister for Electricity, Dr. Saleh Bin Hussein Al Awaji, Saudi Energy 2013 welcomed 7150 trade visitors and over 200 local and foreign energy companies.
