ZAMIL Industrial Investment Company “Zamil Industrial” newly elected Board, elected during the Ordinary General Assembly Khalid A. Al Zamil as the Chairman of the Board. It held its first meeting in its sixth term recently. Moreover the Board has appointed the members of the executive, audit, and nomination & remuneration committees. Khalid Al Zamil holds a bachelor degree in Civil Engineering from South California University. He chaired and was a member of several government and private sector boards. He chaired the Council of Saudi Chambers, and the Asharqia Chamber. He was board member of the Supreme Economic Council's Advisory Board, the Saudi Standards Organization, the Saudi Industrial Property Authority “Modon”, and the Royal Commission for Jubail and Yanbu, among many others. — SG
