TOKYO — Saudi Arabia and Japan have solidified their commitment to cultural collaboration with the signing of a memorandum of understanding (MoU) between Saudi Minister of Culture Prince Badr bin Abdullah and Japanese Minister of Education, Culture, Sports, Science, and Technology Dr. Toshiko Abe.
