I am an expatriate who has worked in the Kingdom for the last 16 years. In the last six to seven years I have observed a great change in the attitude and behavior of Saudis in the workforce and have found them more devoted, hardworking and willing to learn. I do not hesitate to say that there is no reason that young Saudis cannot take over the jobs done by expatriates. It is just a matter of time.
