Attitude of Asians In my nine years of observation, I can say that many Asian expatriates have a problem of negative attitude. They are always complaining about the place where they work. They complain about the colleagues, community, country, and in fact everything. They blame everyone and everything except themselves. Some just love to criticize. No matter how well something is done, they will always find fault with it. Asians should accept such negative attitudes they have and try to change. We need to focus on the positive sides of life. We should look for what is good in others as opposed to what is bad. We should accept responsibility for our actions and look at our own selves before putting the blame on others. We are at times so attuned to finding fault that we fail to see the positive picture.
