RIYADH — The Ministry of Economy and Planning and the Human Rights Commission signed a memorandum of cooperation to develop monitoring methodologies and prepare reports and models related to the Sustainable Development Goals and human rights. The agreement focuses on sharing experiences and insights in the field of policy development within the framework of sustainable development, environmental, social and governance practices, and working on capacity-building and community empowerment programs to raise awareness of sustainable development and human rights. This cooperation embodies Saudi Arabia's role and efforts in the fields of human rights and sustainable development through joint work in local and international events. The MoU was signed by Minister of Economy and Planning Faisal Al-Ibrahim and President of the Human Rights Commission Dr. Hala Al-Tuwaijri.
