Road accidents claim six lives

JUBAIL — Six people were killed and several others injured in road accidents reported from various parts of the country on Saturday. Three people were killed and two others injured in an accident in Qulwah governorate. The injured were taken to Qulwah Hospital and the bodies were shifted to the mortuary. In another accident, two young men were burned to death when their car crashed into a truck in Dammam. The impact of the crash set the car on fire. The charred bodies were taken to the mortuary. Elsewhere, young man was run over by a speeding car while trying to cross the road and died instantly. Five people of the same family were injured when their car swerved trying to avoid a cement barrier and crashed into a tree in Khamis Mushayt.
