The Saudi Development and Reconstruction Program for Yemen (SDRPY) has laid the foundation stone for projects to support the youth and sports in Yemen by establishing four stadiums for the Al-Jalaa, Al-Jazira, Al-Rawdah and Al-Menaa clubs in Aden. The ceremony was attended by Yemeni Minister of Youth and Sports Nayef Al-Bakri, Minister of State and Aden Governor Ahmed Hamed Lamlas, and SDRPY Office Director in Aden Ahmed Madkhali. Al-Bakri praised the efforts of the SDRPY in supporting and rehabilitating sports facilities, expressing his happiness in laying the foundation stone for the four stadiums in Aden as an essential center for youth and sports activities. The four projects support Yemen's youth and sports sector and aim to develop the abilities and capacities of Yemeni youth, enhance various sports activities in Yemen, improve the efficiency and quality of sports facilities, and boost the capacities of athletes. The SDRPY has provided projects and initiatives in support of youth and sports, including the project for the rehabilitation of the martyr Ali Asad Muthanna Sports Hall in Aden, model school projects that include 31 basketball and volleyball fields in various Yemeni governorates. This is in addition to the initiative to celebrate the Yemeni youth team's mission on the occasion of winning the West Asian Football Federation Championship U-18 Championship, and other sports activities and initiatives. — SPA
