With over a decade of experience in private practice and in-house, Al-Subaie brings a wealth of expertise and knowledge to the Z&Co. team. Al-Subaie's extensive experience includes advising government and private sector clients on project development, complex data and technology transactions and projects, and strategic partnerships across the Middle East, Asia, Europe, and the U.S. Chariman of Z&Co., Monaji Zamakhchary, expressed his excitement over Al-Subaie's addition to the team, stating, "We are excited to welcome Jawahir to the Z&Co. team. Al-Subaie began her legal career with an international law firm in London, qualifying as a Solicitor of the Senior Courts of England and Wales, and recently held significant roles including Legal Director (Acting Head of Legal) at NEOM Company, where she advised on large-scale, complex and innovative projects, such as 'The Line' (a revolution in urban living at NEOM), and General Counsel and Company Secretary at Jada (the PIF's fund of funds). Al-Subaie's experience gives her a unique perspective on the in-house function and enables her to provide clients with practical, strategic, comprehensive and commercially savvy advice.
