The Saudi Development and Reconstruction Program for Yemen (SDRPY) laid the foundation stone for the SDRPY-funded Al-Hamzah Secondary School in the city of Al-Dhale, which will be implemented and supervised by the Social Fund for Development in Yemen. To promote teaching and learning opportunities in Al-Dhale Governorate and to create opportunities for high-quality education and the acquisition of scientific skills, the project consists of building and equipping a 12-classroom model school with administrative offices and laboratories. This school project is one of 52 projects and initiatives implemented by SDRPY in the education sector, that contributed to supporting teaching and learning opportunities by providing educational opportunities for male and female students and a stimulating and inclusive environment. It is also one of 224 development projects and initiatives implemented by SDRPY in various Yemeni provinces to serve the Yemeni citizens in seven basic sectors, including education, health, water, energy, transportation, agriculture and fisheries, and capacity building of government institutions, in addition to development programs. — SPA
