RIYADH — The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah announced that the domestic pilgrims can pay the fees of the Hajj package in full, or be divided into 3 payments instead of paying it all at once as was during the previous years. The ministry has revealed the payment options for partial payment, which starts with a 20% down payment. It must be paid within 72 hours of the registration date. While the second payment is 40%, and it must be paid no later than 7/7/1444 AH. The third payment will be also at 40%, and should be paid until 10/10. 10/1444 AH. Each payment issued will have a separate invoice, the ministry said, noting that the Hajj status will become (confirmed) when the pilgrim pays the payments on time. The reservation will be canceled if the payments are not completed. The full payment options will be as soon as the reservation is made, and one invoice will be issued for it. The ministry noted that the reservation is (confirmed) for all those registered to perform the Hajj, and all payments must be paid on time. The Deputy Minister of Hajj and Umrah, Dr. Abdelfattah Bin Suleiman Mashat said during an interview with Al-Ekhbariya that the registration for Hajj will be for one period, and it will end with the when all seats run out. It is noteworthy that the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah has opened registration for Hajj 1444 by pilgrims from within the Kingdom. The ministry said the price of domestic pilgrim packages begins at SR3,984. The ministry said applications can now be submitted by Saudis and residents wishing to perform Hajj this year through its website and also via the Nusuk app.
