Saudi Arabia bagged 9 advanced places in the Sheikh Hamdan Bin Rashid Al-Maktoum Foundation Award for Distinguished Academic Performance in its 25th cycle. The Award categories are Distinguished Student, Distinguished Teacher, Distinguished School & School Administration and Excellence in Educational Research. Four Saudi male and female students participating in the distinguished student category were able to obtain four advanced places. The four students are Hassan bin Ali Bou Mozah from the General Department of Education in Al-Ahsa Governorate, and Mishaal bin Essam Al-Dweywaishi, Farah bint Abdullah Al-Mezaini, and Taraf bint Ahmed Al-Saawi from the General Department of Education in Riyadh. As for the "Distinguished Teacher" category, Saudi male and female teachers won four places. The teachers Abdul Karim bin Abdullah Al-Matar from the General Department of Education in Al-Ahsa Governorate, Mohammed bin Mufreh Al-Shahrani from the General Department of Education in Asir, Najlaa Bint Abdulaziz Al-Thumairi from the General Department of Education in Riyadh Region, and Amerah Bint Sagheer Al-Yami from the General Department of Education in Najran. In the "Distinguished School and School Administration" category, Al-Siddiq Secondary School (Boys) from the Education Department in Rejal Al-Amaa won an advanced place in Hamdan Bin Rashid Award for Distinguished Academic Performance 2022.
