Minister of Hajj and Umrah Dr. Tawfiq Al-Rabiah has started an official visit to Kazakhstan with the aim of discussing cooperation means between the two countries related to facilitating arrival procedures for Umrah performers and visitors to perform their rituals. The visit included launching the unified official platform "nusuk" which aims at facilitating issuing visas for Umrah and visits to Makkah and Madinah from across the world, It also aims to develop the experience of worshippers, promote historical and archaeological sites of the cities and regions of Saudi Arabia, and offer advanced electronic paths that provide innovative options and solutions, as part of initiatives of the Pilgrims Experience Program. The minister met with several Kazakh officials to discuss the main services and facilitations for Kazakh Umrah performers, enhance cooperation between the two countries under the historical and brotherly ties. This is in addition to going over top cooperation opportunities on several technical and procedural issues to facilitate serving pilgrims and ways to increase awareness of pilgrims and visitors with procedural issues. The minister's visit is to reiterate Saudi Arabia's keenness to facilitate the arrival of Umrah performers and visitors from across the world, and acquaint them with procedural facilities, innovative digital solutions, various services options, preparations, and infrastructure services granted to visitors. — SPA
