The Minister of Industry and Mineral Resources Bandar Bin Ibrahim Al-Khorayef met with a number of officials of American companies in New York city on the sidelines of his official current visit to the United States of America. The meetings aimed at strengthening trade relations between the two countries in the industrial and mining sectors. He held a meeting with the CEO of Global Markets at General Electric Company, and a meeting with the CEO of GreyOrange Company. He also made a field visit to Newlab, during which he met with its CEO as he and his accompanying delegation were briefed on the work of the companies and discussed areas of bilateral cooperation in the industrial sectors. During the meetings, the Al-Khorayef discussed contributing to the promotion of investments between the two countries to achieve the goals of the Kingdom Vision 2030, and reviewing the promising opportunities provided by the industrial and mining sectors in the Kingdom. This is in addition to reviewing the incentives and services provided by the industry and mineral wealth system to its partners in the private sector and foreign investors. It is worth mentioning that the visit of the Minister of Industry and Mineral Resources to the United States of America comes with the aim of advancing the growth paths between the two countries in a number of promising industries. — SPA
