Saudi Minister of Industry and Mineral Resources Bandar bin Ibrahim Al-Khorayef met with a number of officials of US companies and private sector, discussing with them the promising investment opportunities between the two countries in the industrial and mining sectors, and how to attract more qualitative investments. This came on the sidelines of his current official visit to the United States of America. Al-Khorayef held bilateral meetings with the CEO of HALO; the Vice President of Boeing; Senior Vice President of Merck Millipore and Executive Vice President of Cargill. He has also paid a field visit to Honeywell headquarters. During the meetings, the Minister Al-Khorayef reviewed the Ministry's plans to develop the industrial and mining sectors, in accordance with the goals of the Kingdom's Vision 2030, and the huge opportunities it provides in many activities to attract quality investments. He also discussed ways to enhance cooperation with American companies in a number of targeted sectors and contribute to strengthening trade relations between the two countries.
