Road accidents claim five lives

JEDDAH — At least five people were killed and several others injured in various accidents across the country on Friday. Three youths were killed and another seriously injured when their vehicle overturned in Al-Shamli governorate west of Hail. Another person was killed while his wife sustained serious injuries when their car overturned on Sabya-Dhamad Road. One youth died and five of his companions were injured when their car overturned east of Buraidah. An elderly couple were seriously injured when their car flipped over on Khamis Mushayt-Najran road. Excessive speed caused a truck to roll over on Al-Darb-Jazan road, injuring the driver.
