It authorized the president of the Human Rights Commission to hold talks with the Qatari side on a draft memorandum of understanding on combating human trafficking crimes. It approved the chairman of the King Abdulaziz City for Science and Technology to hold talks with the Ukrainian side on a draft agreement between the government of Saudi Arabia and the Ukrainian government in the fields of science, technology and innovation. The Cabinet changed the National Center for Palms and Dates affiliated with the Federation of Saudi Commercial Chambers into a center that is organizationally connected to the Minister of Environment, Water and Agriculture, and approving the regulatory arrangements of the center. — SPA
