RIYADH — The Tadawul All-Share Index (TASI) recorded its highest close in 15 years at the end of trading on Tuesday. During its trading, the index touched the level of 11,836 points, while it closed at the level of 11,793, an increase of 0.29 percent. The banking sector led the rises in the index during its trading on Tuesday, with the shares of National Commercial Bank (Al-Ahli) and Alinma soared to their highest historical level. The Al-Ahli stocks touched the level of SR65.7, while that of Alinma rose and closed at the level of SR25.05. The stocks of Al-Rajhi Bank rose by 3.12 percent at the level of SR139, the highest level since 2006. The shares of Fitness Time and Bahr Al Arab companies recorded their highest historical level during their trading, and the shares of MEPCO, Saudi Ground Services Co. and Taiba Company also recorded their highest prices in a whole year. Mobily's share rose by one percent at SR31.1 after the company's profits rose to SR281 million for the third quarter of 2021, coinciding with the rise of Atheeb Group's share by two percent at the level of SR31.35, amid trading of 1.7 million shares. The shares of Petro Rabigh, Yansab, Chemanol, Sipchem, Tasnee and ACWA Power declined by 2-4 percent.
