RIYADH — Saudi Arabia's Foreign Minister Prince Faisal Bin Farhan met here on Sunday with his Iraqi counterpart Fuad Hussein. During the meeting, they reviewed Saudi-Iraqi relations and ways to strengthen them to serve the interests of the two countries and their citizens. The two sides sought to strengthen joint bilateral coordination and everything that would contribute to the stability of the region and the preservation of international peace and security, the Saudi Press Agency reported. They also exchanged views on many regional and international issues. The Iraqi foreign minister handed an invitation from Prime Minister Mustafa Al-Kadhimi for Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman to attend a summit of leaders of countries neighboring Iraq to be held in late August, the Iraqi News Agency reported on Sunday.
