The were Dato Yusoff Bin Ismail, ambassador of Brunei Darussalam, Arief Hidayat, deputy chief of mission, Embassy of the Republic of Indonesia, Dato' Abd Razak Abdul Wahab, ambassador of Malaysia, Tin Yu, ambassador of Republic of the Union of Myanmar, Adnan Villaluna Alonto, ambassador of Philippines, Wong Chow Ming, ambassador of Singapore, Sathana Kashemsanta Na Ayudhya, chargé d'affaires (minister), Royal Thai Embassy, Riyadh, Vu Viet Dung, ambassador of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. In the Western Region of Saudi Arabia, a launch ceremony was held in LuLu Hypermarket, Event Mall, Amir Fawaz Jeddah with Eko Hartono, consul general of the Republic of Indonesia, Mdm. Farah Syafina Bahari, deputy consul general of Malaysia, Soradjak Puranasamriddhi, consul general of the Royal Thai General Consulate, and Mary Jennifer D. Dingal, consul & acting head of post of the Philippine Consulate General.
