JEDDAH — Saudi Arabia's air defenses have intercepted and destroyed a ballistic missile launched by the Houthi militia toward Jazan. In a statement late Saturday, the Coalition to Restore Legitimacy in Yemen said that attempts by the hostile militia to target civilian objects and civilians were repelled and destroyed. The coalition added that its forces are taking operational measures to deal with sources of threats. The missile attack comes just hours after the coalition forces destroyed three armed drones fired by the Iranian-backed militia, targeting the southern region of Saudi Arabia.
