As many as 1,226 Ramadan food baskets were distributed in Akkar, benefiting 6,130 individuals. This comes within the framework of distributing food baskets in Lebanon during this year's holy month of Ramadan. Ramadan food baskets delivered in Mauritania In Nouakchott, KSrelief distributed 11 tons and 550 KGs of Ramadan food Baskets in Nouakchott, Mauritania, benefiting 1,386 individuals. This comes within the framework of a project to distribute Ramadan food baskets in Mauritania. KSrelief distributes baskets in Balochistan, Pakistan In Islamabad, KSrelief distributed Monday 1,072 Ramadan food baskets in Balochistan Province, Pakistan, benefiting 6,432 individuals. This comes within the framework of food projects being provided by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, represented by KSrelief, for peoples and Islamic countries during this year's holy month of Ramadan. KSrelief supports recovery, livelihoods sector in Yemen KSrelief has provided support for early recovery and livelihoods sector, as part of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia's grant to support Yemen Humanitarian Response Plan 2020. KSrelief, in cooperation with the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), implemented a vocational training and skills development project at a total cost of $3 million. KSrelief supports protection projects KSrelief has provided support for protection projects, as part of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia's grant to support Yemen Humanitarian Response Plan 2020. KSrelief, in cooperation with the United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF), provided protection by enabling children and their families to access psychosocial support and mental health services at a cost of $4 million. The comes within the framework of the humanitarian support provided by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia represented by the Center for brotherly and friendly countries during the holy month of Ramadan 1442 AH. KSrelief's Masam project dismantles 2,772 mines The KSrelief Project Masam for clearing mines in Yemen, dismantled, during the second week of April 2021, a total of 2,772 mines, including 8 anti-personnel mines, 1.707 anti-tank mines, 1,052 unexploded ordnance and 5 explosive devices. Since the beginning of the project, as many as 235,029 mines, which were planted by the Houthi militia throughout Yemeni lands, have been dismantled. KSrelief, through Masam project, seeks to clear Yemeni areas of mines, enhance security, and address direct threats to the lives of the Yemeni people. — SPA
