CAIRO — The Egyptian authorities will impose an entry visa fee amounting to $25 effective from the coming Sunday. This fee will be applicable to Saudis and all other Arab nationals who enter Egypt through various entry points of the country. In a statement, the Saudi Embassy in Cairo urged all the Saudi citizens to take the necessary procedures for the payment of the fee either in dollar or other currencies, including the Saudi riyal. "The Egyptian authorities have made available all arrangements to collect the fee at branches of the local banks operating at the airport around the clock and the passengers can make the payment immediately on arrival and before proceeding to the Passport Control to complete the immigration procedures," the statement added.
