RIYADH — The King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSRelief) continued with its humanitarian efforts on Thursday in different governorates of Yemen and Khartoum state in Sudan. It distributed 21 tons and 400 kilograms of food baskets in Socotra Governorate, Yemen, benefiting 1,200 people. The aid was part of the relief and humanitarian projects being implemented for the Yemeni people. The center launched a fog spray campaign in the Yemeni city of Aden as part of the emergency response project to combat dengue fever. The campaign comes within the framework of the programs funded by the KSRelief, aiming at protecting the Yemeni people from epidemics within the emergency response project to combat dengue fever. KSRelief also distributed 990 winter bags to affected and displaced families in Shabwah Governorate, Yemen, benefiting 990 families. The center distributed 64 tons and 200 kilograms of food baskets in Sudan's Khartoum, benefiting 3,600 people. The distribution of this aid was part of the KSrelief's project to secure and distribute food baskets in Sudan for the year 2020.
