The King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief) continued the implementation of the water and environmental sanitation project in Al-Khawkhah District in Hodeidah Governorate, Yemen. During the period from Aug. 20 to 26, 2020, 287,000 liters of drinking water and 413,000 liters of non-drinking water were pumped into tanks. This comes within the framework of the humanitarian and relief projects being provided by Saudi Arabia, represented by the KSrelief, for the Yemeni people to alleviate their sufferings due to the current humanitarian crisis. In Hajjah, the Emergency Center for Epidemic Control has continued to provide treatment services to beneficiaries in Hajjah Governorate, Yemen, with the support of KSrelief and in cooperation with Taybah Development Foundation. During the period from Aug. 20 to 26, 2020, the registration and screening department treated 648 patients, while the observation department received 121 patients. The admitting clinic also saw 34 patients; meanwhile, the epidemiological unit treated 648 patients. Health awareness department also saw 614 people while the patient's referral department served 2 patients. In Taiz, Yemen, the KSrelief distributed on Sunday 11 tons and 100 kg of food baskets in Taiz Governorate, Yemen, benefiting 900 people, in cooperation with Benevolence Coalition for Humanitarian Relief. This comes within the framework of the humanitarian and relief projects being provided by Saudi Arabia, represented by the KSrelief, for the Yemeni people. — SPA
