Najm for Insurance Services has announced launching a new branch in Al-Ula Governorate in addition to developing its Madinah branch, as part of its development plans and in-line with its strategic partnership with the General Directorate of Traffic. This step comes to support Najm's expansion strategy seeking to cover all the Kingdom's regions and develop its existing branches. The new branches will contribute towards speeding service delivery and meeting the needs of motorists by providing them with the best offerings. In this regard, Dr. Mohammed Al-Sulaiman, CEO of Najm, thanked the General Directorate of Traffic and the Saudi Public Security for their continuous support of Najm's various services. He also praised this step that demonstrates Najm's commitment towards its national duty to improve traffic safety. Dr. Al-Sulaiman added that "the new branches will undoubtedly contribute towards creating a favorable working environment that enables employees to professionally perform their job duties and meet customers' aspirations". He stressed that Najm is working on opening new branches in various regions around the Kingdom and developing its existing branches in accordance with its new identity. He also reiterated Najm's keenness to enhance its customer service and provide technical offerings that simplify procedures and reduce paperwork, as directed within the targets of the Saudi Vision 2030. Through its ambitious expansion strategy, Najm has recently opened several branches in Riyadh, Qassim and Jeddah, and launched its services in Al-Gat, Uyaynah, and Jubailah, in addition to the new branch in Al-Ula, bringing the total number of cities and governorates covered by its services to 40.
