Kohsar Blues and Al Marai Cheese registered victories

Kohsar Blues and Al Marai Cheese won their matches in MBS Vision 2030 National Cricket Championship being organized by Saudi Cricket Centre, under the auspices of Saudi Sports for All Federation (SFA) and Ministry of Labor & Social Development (MLSD).
Huraymala League: Kashmir Strikers triumphed over Dir Stars by 2 wickets. Dir Stars scored 196 losing 9 wickets. Umar Zada Khan smacked 73 and Ayaz Khan made 33. Sami Ul Amin took 3 wickets, Salil Ayub Khan and Shabir picked up 2 wickets each. Kashmir Strikers scored 197/8 in 19.5 overs. Ishfaq Bhat slammed 54 and Sami Ul Amin, the MOM, 41. Shahid Khan and Abra Khan picked up 3 wickets.
Ashes CC pipped Indian Strikers by 14 runs. Ashes piled up 228/9. Annas Ummer hit 50, Vivin Prakash 42 and Pranav, adjudged MOM, smashed 45. Anees Ahad took 3 wickets. Indian Strikers were restricted to 214/8 runs in reply. Kannan Gopi topscored with 90 and Sooraj made 37. Pranav, Rajesh Raju, Habeeb and Hassan got 2 wickets each.
Green Bangla won against Dana Trading CC by 70 runs. Green Bangla posted 213 for 7. Anwar Riaz, picked MOM, scored 68 and Ghulam Mustafa mustered 49. Moin Akhtar grabbed 3 wickets. Dana Trading made 143/8 in 20 overs. Navas led the inning with his 35 and Riyas batted well for 29. Anwar Riaz picked up 2 wickets.
Koshar Blues registered a win over Abaseen CC by 26 runs. Kohsar collated 172 losing 7 wickets. Sagheer Ahmed, the MOM, batted brilliantly for his 75 and Shahbaz scored 48. Shahid Khan took 4 wickets. Abaseen CC could manage only 146 in 20 overs. Shahid and Naimtullah scored 22 each. Saqib Abbasi and Mohammed Arif grabbed 3 wickets each.
Riyadh Blues humbled Lahore Sultan by 37 runs. Riyadh Blues hammered 251/1 in 20 overs. Abu Sufiyan, the MOM, scored 117* and Shakeel Mohammed 112. Yasser grabbed the lone wicket. Lahore Sultan could manage 215/5 in 20 overs. Imran Butt smashed 53 and Yaser hit 40.
Pak Riderz won a crunch game against SBH Impex CC. Pak Riderz batting first piled up 161/7 in 20 overs. Azeez was highest scorer with 35 supported by Farhan 34 and Bilal 29. Qaim Ishfaq grabbed 4 wickets. Impex started the chase well but fell short by 1 run. Irfan 52 and Shoaib 46 kept them in the hunt till last ball. Rashid grabbed 2 and Azeez 1 wicket.
Hayer League: Battagram Zalmi got better of Phoenix CC. Battagram collated 226/2 in 20 overs. Saad Ahmed, picked MOM, topscored with 77 and was supported by Shawat 73 and Nawab 56. Ghurfan Amin bagged 2 wickets. Phoenix CC could manage 179/2 in 20 overs. Asif Yunus batted well for his 57, Subayyal Siddqui 50 lent support.
Almarai Cheese CC chased down target of 187 in 19 overs against Riyadh Zalmi, which managed 187 in 20 overs with main contributions coming from Satish 44, Tila Yousafzai 31. Rashid Fareed grabbed 2 wickets. Almarai's Umair, the MOM, Saleem belted 113 and was supported by Mohamed Raheel Iqbal 25.
Bangla Tigers passed the target of 214 set in 19.4 overs against Deccan Chargers. The Chargers blasted 214/4 in 20 overs banking on Mubashir 67, Imroz 54 and Khalid 44. Mithu and Aradh took 2 wickets each. The Tigers were led by Tuhin, picked MOM, with 62 and Shahid who hit 56.
Kashmir XI trounced GTCC by 8 wickets. GTCC scored 190 for 3 wickets. Ghulam Nabi played a stylish knock of 87 and Jameel hammered 58. Kashmir XI's Noor Zaman, the MOM, was on top of his form belting 82 and was well supported by Amir Sofi 69 to achieve target in 16.1 overs. Ghulam Nabi grabbed 3 and Amanat 2 wickets.
Khyber Zalmi trounced PTI Tigers by 125 runs. Khyber Zalmi collated 292/3 in 20 overs. Shakir Ullah, adjudged MOM, added 88, Wali Rehman 57, Muhammad Adnan 51 and Shazeb Ahmed 52. Shahzad grabbed 2 wickets. PTI Tigers made 167 runs in reply. Shakeel Khan scored 38 and Shahzad Khan 26. Adnan Khan 23 and Abdul Rehman 23 also offered some resistance. Arifullah grabbed 3 wickets, Waqar Karim took 2 wickets.
Royce White Star Blues pounded Saudi Knights by 8 wickets. Batting first, Saudi Knights posted 194/4 in 20 overs. Rizwan added 39 and Imran 27. Mudassir grabbed 2 wickets. Royce White Star Blue raced home with 31 balls to spare due to Sajjad, the MOM, who batted well for his 70*, Irfan Malik belted 56. — SG
