RCA begins SAIB T20 Tournament

Riyadh Cricket Association (RCA) began its new tournament, which is sponsored by Saudi Investment Bank. Ten 10 matches were played in Round 1 of the tourney which will see 72 teams in action.
Huraymala League
KFSH Green beat Swat Tigers by 5 wickets. Swat Tigers posted a formidable total of 218-3. Izhar hit 90 and Inam 55. Suhail and Mansoor picked up a wicket apiece. KFSH Green achieved the target in 18.4 overs. Suhail Lateef scored 88 and Ubaid Lodhi 41. Israr and Inam claimed one wicket each.
Falcons beat Kohsar Cricket Club (KCC) by 26 runs. Falcons, batting first, scored 202-5. Zahid Rizwi blasted 74 off 26 balls and Farrukh added 50. Adnan Abbasi grabbed 3 wickets. KCC managed 176-6. Nasir Abbasi Jr. scored 39 and Umair 35. Shahbaz took 3 wickets and Majeed 2.
Kashmir Strikers beat GM Lions by 28 runs. Strikers, batting first, tallied 181. Mudassar hit 56 and Shabbir 50. Adnan claimed 5 wickets and Majid 4. GM Lions managed 153-9. Irfan scored 35 and Majid 31. Jahangir Bashir accounted for 5 wickets.
Hayer League
TBCC beat PTI CC by 113 runs. TBCC put on 214-4, thanks to 85 by Shamnad and 80 by Cheriyan Thomas. PTI CC was restricted to 101. Jazim Sulaiman bagged 6 wickets.
Pakistan Falcons Red beat Kashmir XI by 6 wickets. Kashmir XI recorded 159-9. Amar top scored with 43. Ghulam Rabbani picked up 3 wickets. Pakistan Falcons Red hit the target in 18.3 overs. Nadeem made 47 and Ghulam Rabbani 43. Shabir took 2 wickets. White Star CC beat Indian Strikers by 6 wickets. Indian Strikers posted 191-7. Faizullah top scored with 60. Naeem and Ashique got 2 wickets each. White Star CC got to the target in 14.3 overs. Qasim remained unbeaten on 87 and Umar scored 34.
Diriyah League
Battagram Zalmi got the better of All Star CC by 7 wickets. All Stars CC tallied 178. Talal was the main scorer with 66. Shoaib and Najeeb took 2 wickets each. Battagram Zalmi won in 14.5 overs. Inam made 69 and Sattar 41. Talal picked up 2 wickets.
Afridi CC beat White Star Green CC by 9 wickets. White Star Green bundled out for 75. Danish hit 27. Feroz claimed 5 wickets, while Fareed and Faraz got 2 each. Afridi CC won the match in 10 overs. Fareed stroked 27 and Shahid 25.
Karachi Kings beat L'usine CC by 21 runs. Kings put on 179-6. Asghar Khan top scored with 90. Hassan hit 33 and Arshad 24. Zafar grabbed 3 wickets. L'usine CC managed 157. Rauf scored 59. Hassan, Ali and Sajid grabbed 3 wickets each.
