Global speaker and renowned futurist and thought leader, Bill Jensen delivered the keynote speech on the Future of the Enterprises: Embracing the future of work in the digital world. Employee engagement and experience were other interesting topics the conference touched upon where the Human Resource Development Fund emphasized on the shift from manual to digital operations where 84% of the Kingdom's workforce believe to digitize their corporations in line with the vision 2030. HRDF further explored how companies in the Middle East have developed people strategy in order to cultivate future skills.
