THE HR Innovation Summit got under way Thursday bringing together over 100 HR professionals from across the globe to discuss the latest in best practices and benchmarks in the HR industry. With the Vision 2030 having an extensive emphasis in the development of human capital, Glowork launched this event to bring together the best in the industry where a whole range of topics were discussed. Prince Waleed Al Saud, the VP at Mcdonald's Arabia, also presented how Mcdonald's integrate marketing and HR together to build a great working environment and establish themselves as an Employer of Choice. A host of academia also joined the event, showcasing the latest in global trends in employability and eliminating bias, and also highlighted the importance of using research as a method to solve unemployment and inclusion of women in the workforce.
