Great Place to Work starts operations in all GCC countries

Great Place to Work, the Middle East authority for workplace culture, has kicked off its operation to cover all GCC countries and announced the launch of Best Workplaces lists for Women and Millennials in the GCC for the first time in the Middle East.
A 2019 study shows that the management consulting market of the GCC has cracked the $3 billion mark according to analysis from Source Global Research, with 9 percent growth in 2018 and GCC countries are experiencing a major uptick in HR consultancy, while GCC public sector, has accounted for close to a third of the overall spend in recent years.
Great Place to Work research in Saudi shows that 14% of female employees rated their organizations as Great Workplaces whereas in the UAE, 30% of female employees rated their organizations as Great Workplaces. Great Place to Work findings also show that gender ratio by level for the UAE is as follows: 19% female executives, 28% female managers and 37% female staff.
Following regional business demands, Great Place to Work is expanding its team to cover regional marketing and client success management.
Ibrahim Mougharbel has joined the Middle East leadership team as Vice President for Regional Marketing. A native Arabic speaker with over 14 years' consultancy experience, Ibrahim will drive Great Place to Work's growth strategy in the GCC countries, via partnering with strategic stakeholders and managing the list production of regional and local best workplaces as well as producing new best workplaces list for women and millennials in the GCC countries for the first time in the Middle East.
Great Place to Work Middle East also hired Iyad Jaouni as Client Success Manager, joining the Middle East team from Fairmont Hotels. He brings his experience in client satisfaction and will serve as a trusted advisor and a quality expert, while understanding clients' needs in order to support them achieving their vital objectives.
