Pakistan Falcon, AR Sports start with empathic wins

RIYADH — Pakistan Falcon and AR Sports started their journey of Future Initiative tourney with empathic wins. This tournament is being organized by Riyadh Cricket Association and is sponsored by Future Initiative Contracting Company.
Alkharaj League: Pakistan Falcons defeated Dana Trading. Dana Trading were all out for 311. Riyas scored 120 and Shahzad got out after making 97. Samillah and Shoukath claimed 3 wickets each while Inam took 2 wickets. Falcons chased down the target in 28.5 overs led by Asim, who hammered 116, while Inam and Tauqeer supported with 63 each.
AR Spots Greens won against L'usine by 40 runs. AR Spots collated 366 on the shoulders of Ahmed 105, Sikandar 84 and Adnan 65. Zohaib and Shahrayar picked up 2 wickets each. L'usine managed 326 in reply. Roshan was unlucky to miss century as he was caught at 98. Abbas belted 58 and Emad hit 45. Ahmed clinched 4 while Waqas and Abbas sealed 3 wickets each.
Diriyah League: Almarai Cheese beat Indian Strikers Blues. Indian Strikers collected 181 for 7. Faizullah hit 73 and Sajo did 37. Husnain grabbed 2 wickets. Umair's quickfire 80 took Almarai across the line in 14.4 overs. Sajjad also scored 43.
Green Stonz got better of Riyadh Thunders. Thunders scored a below par 137 for 8. Mustafa whacked 53. Hassan, Pervaiz and Naveed bagged 2 wickets each. Stonz rushed to the target in 11.3 overs. Pervaiz top scored with 78 and Abubakr pushed 46.
Shadin Bangla won a thriller against Gujrat Lions by 1 wicket. Gujrat accumulated 169. Apan stroked 61 and Miesh slammed 42. Jahangir and Kamran took 4 wickets each. In reply, Rehan 43, Raju 39 and Zarshad 36 took Bangla to victory in 19 overs. Erfan and Mohasin claimed 2 wickets each.
Insaf trounced Karachi Kings by 7 wickets. Karachi scored 197 losing 5 wickets. Saif Ur Rehman scored 63 and Faiz hammered 53. Nadeem and Ammar took 2 wickets each. Insaf got the target in 14 overs. Ilyas whacked 93, Nadeem banged 44 while Adeel did 41.
Kams Indopak thrashed Al Tamauz by 112 runs. Kams piled up 250 for the loss of 4 wickets. Venketa and Himayathulla scored fifties making 77 and 71 runs respectively while Ikhlaq made 43. Nawaz and Ishaq picked up 2 wickets each. Al Tamauz fumbled to 138 runs in reply. Ali 31 and Zahid 28 resisted with bat. Imran clinched 3 while Zaheer and Waheed took 2 wickets each.
Knight Hawks pounded Smashers by 22 runs. Batting first, Hawks posted 201 for 6. Asad smacked 73 and Haroon stroked 63. Mudassir and Mohsin picked up 2 wickets each. In reply, Smashers managed 179 runs only. Zain hit 55 and Mudassir added 35. Farooq claimed 4 wickets haul, Rashid grabbed 3 and Nigil took 2 wickets.
Pakhtoon humbled ARCC by 124 runs. Pakhtoon collated a gigantic total of 287 for 4. Afzal showed his class with 137 and Noman supported with 63. Bawazeer took 2 wickets. ARCC scored 163 runs in reply. Aleem and Isaam resisted with 30 runs each. Afzal and Aftab claimed 2 wickets each.
