Meanwhile, Riyadh Education spokesman Ali Al-Ghamdi said that the program aims to improve the quality of education in this stage for boys and girls, enhance efficiency in benefiting from the available resources, developing skills, forming their personalities in the mental, physical, moral, emotional and social fields and instilling confidence in them. Meanwhile, Director of Kindergartens Department in Riyadh Education Hissah Al-Faris, said: "The dream of mothers will come true through the launch of the "Early Childhood" Program. She said teaching in the program has been assigned to female teachers due to the ease their children feel in communicating with them when they need their mothers around them. Female teachers also said it is "a magnificent experience" due to the ease in communicating with the mothers, determining the requirements and needs and raising the standard of their children's performance in their studies. The mothers said: "We were facing difficulties before the merger especially in communicating with our children in the boys' schools. But now it has become possible to communicate with their female teachers any time. We can even be in the school and stay with the kids during their preparatory week. We can also attend the activities, events and occasions concerning them. We will see the results in their performance in the subjects, their high morale and love for learning from the very first day."
