In lines with the Kingdom's Vision 2030, QNA International is all set to host the 3rd Annual HR Tech Saudi Summit, a premiere HR Tech platform on Nov. 11-12 in Riyadh. The summit will be hosted under the theme "Reshaping the Future of HR: From HR Transformation, HR Disruption to HR Invented". Under Saudi Vision 2030, the country aims to increase investment in the technology sector and incorporate further digital transformation in the region. With King Salman's program for Human Capital Development, the Kingdom of Saudi plans to train 500,000 government employees by the year 2020 in the HR and technology industry.
Zone, a leading IT service provider in Saudi Arabia is onboard as the Gold Sponsors of the 3rd Annual HR Tech Saudi Summit. Zone has one of the largest shares of expertise in enterprise applications implementation, systems integration, solutions design, and project management providing the highest quality market needs for both the public and private sectors. Faried Hussien, General Manager, Zone, said "the Human Resource industry is constantly undergoing innovative changes and now it is imperative to expect digital transformation and automation that would be the key trend to shape and enhance the HR industry. We foresee a more automated and data-driven industry."
The region is looking forward to a digital landscape and an overall change in the business forefront where HR officials believe to see an increase in efficiency and a higher reach in operational excellence by stepping in the digital world.
Faried Hussien further said "we see a collaborative workforce future as both integrating HR and IT are core components to construct and implement the necessary changes to digitize the industries effectively. It is certainly an ongoing relationship between HR and IT that needs to be further explored and redefined."
Apart from the discussions on the emerging topics such as HR analytics and big data, employee performance management for millennials, the role of artificial intelligence in HR, reshaping the employee experience and workforce planning, this year, the summit is also going to focus on bringing together women in the HR technology who have successfully hosted and influenced people in the HR and technology industry. They will further address the changing role and landscape in HR to attract more women in HR Tech. Apart from insightful discussions with global leaders and experts, the summit also gives delegates an opportunity to network and explore more ideas to drive HR transformation.
QnA International, the organizers of the event, constantly aims to bring in vital topics of discussions that can successfully impact HR Tech corporates and provide engaging networking opportunities that could potentially change the business culture in the region. Sidh NC, Director, QnA International, said "with about 70% of the population in Saudi Arabia under the age of 30, the current workforce mostly belongs to the millennials who are digitally driven and are looking at the business forefront in a different perspective. In line with this, our summit emphasizes on detailed analysis in the latest HR technology that is inspired from real-life case studies to embrace innovation within HR." — SG
