Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman met on Monday at the royal court in Mina Palace with Sheikh Muhammad Bin Zayed Al Nahayan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi, and deputy supreme commander of the armed forces in the UAE, in the presence of Crown Prince Muhammad Bin Salman, deputy premier and minister of defense, Saudi Press Agency (SPA) reported. During the meeting, they reviewed the close brotherly relations between the two countries and discussed the situation in the region, especially in Yemen. At the outset of the meeting, the Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi conveyed the congratulations of Sheikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, president of the United Arab Emirates (UAE), to the King, on the occasion of Eid Al-Adha. Meanwhile, King Salman conveyed his congratulations to the UAE President. The meeting was attended by Prince Turki Bin Muhammad Bin Fahd, minister of state and cabinet member; and Prince Abdulaziz Bin Saud Bin Naif, minister of interior, who is also Chairman of the Supreme Haj Committee. The meeting was also attended on the UAE side by Sheikh Tahnoun Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, the National Security Advisor; Ali Bin Hammad Al-Shamsi, Deputy Secretary-General of the Supreme National Security Council; and Sheikh Shakhbout Bin Nahyan Al Nahyan, UAE Ambassador to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Earlier on Monday, Crown Prince Muhammad Bin Salman, deputy premier and minister of defense, met in Mina with Sheikh Muhammad Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces. At the outset of the meeting, they exchanged congratulations on the occasion of Eid Al-Adha. During the meeting, they reviewed bilateral relations between the two brotherly countries and opportunities to develop them, in addition to discussing regional developments, including developments in Yemen and the efforts exerted to achieve security and stability.
