The Brewers won the 4-hour, 1-minute marathon when Thames connected on a 3-1 cutter by Emmanuel Clase (0-1), who was making his third career appearance, and lifted the ball into the second deck in right field. Corey Dickerson added a three-run triple for the Phillies, who blew a three-run lead before erasing a 6-5 deficit with a four-run seventh.
